Wendy, 3 months Female Whippet / Dachshund  Mix This litter of mixed breed puppies are thought to be Dachshund mixes, but they have long legs and markings like a Whippet. They could have some beagle or other small hound. There are 3 females and one male. The one male is black/white. There are two reddish females and one male black/white. They will not grow to be very large, so would make a great pet for a condo or small home. They are reputed to be good with children. They all need to gain some weight. Stay-at-home or work-from-home is preferred as they need at least 3 meals a day. Available for showing to qualified applicants after 6/25. Wendy's foster mom says: Wendy is a very smart and sweet puppy. She loves playing with her stuffed animals and will carry them around or bring them in her crate to chew on. She is very easy going and enjoys just hanging out with everyone. She is good with kids as her foster family has a 4.5 year old who loves to help out with her. She is also living with two cats who she just wants to play with. Wendy is crate trained and is becoming responsive to basic obedience commands. She would make a fabulous family dog.
