River, 2 years Male Border Collie  Mix I’m River, a 2-year-old Border Collie mix. I was abandoned on a rural road and picked up by a kindhearted farmer who thought perhaps I’d enjoy being a working dog for his cattle. Turns out, I was too young for that kind of job. I like going for long walks and I love for you to throw the ball for me afterwards. I’d make a great family dog, as I get along well with children and also with other dogs.
