Joe, 3 years Male Shih Tzu Hi I'm Joe and I'm a 3 year old Shih Tzu. I am playful and easy-going and all around just a great little dog. Here's my story: My elderly owner died and the people who took me didn't take care of me. I was found completely matted and soaking wet in the rain. The rescue group took me in, vetted me and had me groomed so the thick mats were off and I could see again. I have dry eye in both eyes, so i need to continue my eye meds on a regular basis.
