Adopted

GINGER HAS BONDED VERY TIGHTLY WITH HER LONG-TERM FOSTER DAD AND WILL JOIN HIM AS A FOREVER FAMILY MEMBER, WOO HOO! I'm Ginger, a 3-year-old, 43-pound Lab/Bully mix. I'm a beautiful girl with a shiny black coat and amber eyes. I came into rescue when my elderly owner could no longer care for me; now I'm in a foster home, and my foster mom raves about me! I'm sweet, gentle, quiet, and submissive. I'm very affectionate, and I love hanging out with my people. I'm also well behaved: I'm house trained, crate trained, good in the car, and good with all handling. I'm non-destructive in the home, and I sleep quietly through the night. I love playing with the other dogs in my foster home, and I really enjoy going on walks. It takes me a moment to overcome my initial shyness, but once I feel connected to you, I'll be your friend for life. I'm recovering from an injury and am seeing a chiropractor in Framingham. I hope to find a loving home who will adopt me and see me through my therapy and recovery. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you.

Adopted

I’m Joe Diffie, a 1-year-old, 48-pound terrier mix. I’m as friendly as they come and will soak up every ounce of affection I can get! I’m adaptable, sociable, and easygoing. I love kids and other dogs. I hung out with a volunteer for the day, and I was polite and relaxed in her home, playful with her dogs, great in the car, and friendly while hanging out at a local brewery! He's 100% house trained, will let you know when he has to go out. I'm not really a dog park dog as I get too excited and can play rough when amped up. I'm better with bigger dogs. Now all I need is my forever family to give me the love I deserve. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you.

Adopted

Maverick is a SUPER NICE DOG! Maverick is a very affectionate one-year-old Chocolate Lab mix who is a very easy keeper. He loves people and dogs and wants to be friends with everyone. He is working on his leash manners, and because he is extremely food motivated, he a joy to train. This intelligent boy is quick to learn your routine and adjusts to it. For a Lab mix he is quite low key and doesn't need a lot of exercise, though he's up for a hike if you are! He sleeps in his bed through the night and wakes up between 6 am and 7 a.m. He wants to spend his day stretched out next to his humans, making him a great work-from-home companion. He loves playing with his toys, but he's usually done in about ten minutes and settles down for a nap. Maverick is fully housetrained and rides very well in the car. He's just a big goofy boy looking for his humans to shower them with love and affection! Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you.. His foster family says, "He’s a fully house-trained, smart, and food-motivated dog who is already learning tricks and eager to please. He does great in the car, even on longer rides (he handled an hour each way with no issues), and has been excellent on walks, both with new people and other dogs. At home, he settles nicely and sleeps in a dog bed at the foot of the bed, only hopping up in the morning to let you know he’s ready to go outside. He has a nice balance of energy, happily going from playful to relaxed, but he is still in his chewing phase, so a dog-proofed home and supervision are important. He hasn’t spent much time in a crate and does tend to bark when crated, so that’s an area that would benefit from continued training. He’s an early riser, usually up around 6 AM, but also settles easily for the night and is happy to go to bed as early as 9 PM. He met our elderly mom and her cat and was great with both of them."

Adopted

Hi, I'm Sully and I'm a pup and I was given to an owner who couldn't keep me. I have been living on a farm in Indiana with a wonderful animal rescuer who has many dogs. I have been fostered with a horse, mule, donkey, goat, cats 11 dogs of all sizes. I am happiest with another dog to play with. I don't like being along. I am 90% house trained, but will go on a potty pad in the night, if necessary. At the farm I went swimming every day. I love to swim! Could I go with an adopter who will take me swimming? I'm joyful and active and house trained. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you. I'm hoping to get a ride to Save A Dog this weekend and be available next week, on the 18th.
