I wanted to give you an update on our dog Star, adopted 3 years ago from your organization.

She is doing GREAT!! My partner and I recently got married and she was the "Star" of our wedding. Since we are such pet lovers, we had her be the "ring bearer". I've attached pictures!

She continues to amaze us. We have trained her since a puppy, and she loves doing tricks. This winter I"m going to start agility with her too! I wanted to send along a picture of her dressed in her "Christmas Outfit!"

I also wanted to let her siblings Morgan and Sarah know how great she is doing too!

I can honestly say that Star is one tired pup this morning. This weekend she had the time of her life!! We went up to Conway with our friends and their kids. I don't know what she enjoyed more: playing with the kids or swimming in the waterfalls.

She did great on the hike too. She stayed right with us, leading the way and showing us where the trail went. Every once in a while, she would retreat to the back to make sure everyone was doing ok. She was very concerned when anyone fell or was having a hard time.

The best part was the kids loved Star, and Star loved the kids. They wanted to be where she was and Star was very happy being with them, even if it meant being squished in the backseat with them. She was great, even when she was sleeping and the kids were playing with her ears or poking at her gums.
